A good day has a rhythm. We keep it.

Same caregiver, same hours, visible in real time. Home care across Greater Boston, run by a nurse.

Three things we promise

A nurse sitting at a kitchen table with an older client, going through a care plan together

A nurse knows your name

Every client starts with a home visit from our owner, a registered nurse. She writes the care plan, and her name is on it. So is her number.

You see everything

Our prices are on this page. Your parent's schedule lives in an app you can open any time, and every visit posts an update.

We show up. Always.

W-2 caregivers, coordinated scheduling, backup on every shift. Her shift starts at 8. You'll know by 8:02 that she's there.

The first 48 hours

After a fall or a hospital discharge, speed matters. Here's how fast this goes.

Tonight

Call or text. A person answers, day or night. We'll talk through what happened and what your family needs, no scripts.

Tomorrow

Our nurse comes to the house, meets your mom or dad, and writes the care plan with you at the table.

The day after

Your caregiver arrives, matched by personality through Right-Fit Match. Same face, same hours, every week from here.

What a Tuesday looks like

Care built around your parent's day, not a stranger's schedule. Here's one client's Tuesday, kept exactly in place.

  • 7:30

The kettle goes on. Coffee in the same mug, news on low, pills with breakfast, noted in the app.

  • 9:15

A walk to the corner and back, weather permitting. The mail gets collected on the way in.

  • 12:30

Lunch together at the table. The crossword gets finished, mostly.

  • 2:00

The hairdresser, because it's Tuesday. Laundry folded while she's out.

  • 5:00

Dinner started, notes written, and a text to you before the shift ends: all good today.

Published pricing

$38/hour

One rate. Days, evenings, and weekends. Visits are four hours minimum, and there's no deposit and no "call for a quote."

Long-term care insurance and Massachusetts veterans' programs may cover part of the cost. We'll help you check before you commit to anything.

Every hour includes

  • Personal care, bathing, and dressing help
  • Meals, groceries, and light housekeeping
  • Medication reminders, logged
  • Rides to appointments and errands
  • The family app: live schedule and visit notes
  • A monthly check-in from our nurse

A note from our owner

I spent ten years as a nurse in Boston hospitals. I watched a lot of discharges land on a daughter's shoulders in a hallway, with a folder of paperwork and no plan.

So here is how we run things. I assess every client myself, in their home, before care starts. Our caregivers are employees, not gig workers, and they keep the same clients on the same days. You can see all of it in the app.

If you're reading this at 11pm, you're doing the right thing by looking. Call tomorrow and I'll pick up.

The job is the person, not the task list

Our caregivers are W-2 employees with benefits and guaranteed hours, and it shows in who stays. We hire for patience and steadiness, then match by personality. You'll spot them in coral. If the fit ever feels off, tell us once and we'll change it.

Questions we hear at 11pm

How fast can care actually start?

Usually within 48 hours of your first call: nurse assessment tomorrow, caregiver the day after. After a hospital discharge we can often move faster. Say so when you call.

Will my mom have the same caregiver every visit?

Yes, that's the point of Right-Fit Match. One primary caregiver on a set schedule, plus one familiar backup who has already met your parent, so a sick day never means a stranger.

What if the caregiver doesn't show up?

Every shift has backup coverage built in before it starts. You'd see the change in the app and get a text from us first, not a silent no-show.

Is this medical care?

No. We're a non-medical home care agency: daily living help, meals, rides, medication reminders. A registered nurse assesses every client and reviews the plan monthly, and we coordinate with your parent's doctors when things change.

Is there really no contract or deposit?

Really. You pay $38 an hour for the hours you book, four hours minimum per visit. Pause or stop any time with a week's notice.

My dad says he doesn't want a stranger in the house.

Most of our clients said that too. That's why the nurse visit comes first, why we match by personality, and why it's the same face every week. Strangers don't stay strangers on a schedule.
